Engaging the company in the feminization of the profession of Operational Unit Directors
La Poste lacks female employees in its Operational Unit Branch. The company is looking for a solution that would involve its employees. We are co-creating a tailor-made hackathon with its employees around an internal topic: How to double the number of women to become Business Unit Directors by 2025?
The starting point
They called on us for
The Parcel Services Branch of La Poste needed to find:
• An innovative solution to an internal CSR challenge - less than 30% of school directors are women
• a format that allows its employees to support change management
Beneficiary associations
With La Poste, we are co-creating a tailor-made hackathon lasting one day in person around an internal theme - the feminization of professions. The participants are mostly school directors.
Each team was supported by professional coaching facilitators.
This thirty employees were separated into 3 teams to propose a concrete solution to this challenge “how to double the number of women Operational Unit Directors by 2025?”. Each team was supported in the Big Bloom Design Thinking methodology by professional coaches.

An event that takes place in all regions to promote the profession of school director and to encourage the women in the group to position themselves in this type of position.
Implementation
La Poste wants to make the 3 outgoing projects a reality. She chose to continue with the support of Big Bloom through its incubation program. These are 6 workshops of 3 hours, based on the Design Thinking methodology. This makes it possible to go from a concrete idea to a turnkey project.
