Big Bloom is a global non-profit initiative that uses collective intelligence to drive social innovation.
Our events give participants unforgettable encounters. We are driven by the two values that matter most to us: joy and the pursuit of excellence.
Faced with the challenges of sustainable transition, we all have a role to play. Our events are optimistic, inclusive, and joyful.
We seek to make progress every day with humility and determination. Feedback is at the heart of our culture.
Big Bloom, a non-profit SCOP, promotes a united society by valuing inclusiveness and diversity, while promoting mutual aid between alumni.
We place people at the center, believe in mutual aid and the impact of sharing knowledge. Our courses are accessible to all, without price barriers.
Since 2018, Big Bloom has been working for social innovation.
Big Bloom was founded in 2018 by Yvan Gatignon, a consultant specializing in collective intelligence, who wanted to put his know-how at the service of social innovation. From the start, Big Bloom has received support from Air Liquide, BNP Paribas, L'Oréal and the French Ministry for Ecological and Inclusive Transition.
Thanks to local coaches, we are organizing our first Big Bloom hackathons in Brussels, Lisbon, Singapore, Marseille.
Covid 21 forced us to digitize formats. This simplifies international spin-off considerably. Big Bloom is now present in 15 countries: Germany, Italy, Spain, New Zealand, Canada, Dubai, etc.
Big Bloom Paris, the head of the network, becomes a cooperative company, entirely owned by its employees.
Big Bloom's commitment: to make collective intelligence known to as many people as possible. Yvan Gatignon summarizes the recipe for hackathons for good in a free downloadable book.
Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille... Big Bloom is making its mark in French territory. Our method is now used by Departmental Councils, town halls, nursing homes, Schools, etc.
Building on the accumulated expertise, we are launching the Big Bloom Academy, the first collective intelligence school. It allows managers and project managers to train in collective intelligence techniques, or even to become a professional coach.
