Help employees discover the company's solidarity actions
Vyv Solidaires had difficulty making itself known to its employees. They needed a collective intelligence event to get their employees on board. We are co-building a tailor-made hackathon.

The VYV Solidaires association is a new entity of the VYV group.
VYV Solidaires wanted to:
• to be better known and identified by the group's employees
• create a unifying event with group employees
Beneficiary associations
We are co-building a tailor-made hackathon around an internal problem: How Vyv Solidaires can make itself better known to Vyv employees.
The hackathon takes place over 1 day online with around thirty internal collaborators. They were divided into 4 teams. Each team was accompanied by a professional coaching facilitator.

The Companys Tour de France
The challenge for Vyv Solidaires was to find solutions to mobilize elected officials and employees around VYV Solidaires actions.
The winning project? A tour of France in the various establishments of the Vyv group embodied by the stork!
Implementation
The month of September 2023 marked the departure of the 3 storks. For 9 months, they travelled all over France to meet the employees, elected officials and beneficiaries of the VYV Group. These storks liked to be photographed, alone, in groups, with monuments or during a solidarity action...
Objectives: to promote VYV Solidaires to all the Group's actors, the volunteer offers present on the same platform hosting the photos, to highlight the projects of associations/establishments on the platform.
