Onboarding BNP Paribas newcomers through a solidarity format
BNP Paribas was looking for an innovative format to integrate its newcomers. We co-built a major solidarity hackathon format, around the world.
The starting point
They called on us for
BNP Paribas is looking for an event format whose objectives are:
- to bring together new employees around the world
- enable these new employees to embody the social mission of BNP Paribas, for example by working with Foundation associations
Beneficiary associations
We are co-building a large-scale tailor-made hackathon for good with BNP Paribas (3 regions of the world, 350 participants, 10 simultaneous hackathons, in French and English).
In addition to successfully bringing together all new employees and transmitting the company's social mission, we:
• Let's train employees internally so they can become a facilitator thanks to the Big Bloom Academy #facilitation
• Let's give participants a methodology through the hackathon, usable in their daily professional lives #expèrienceapprenante

Charit'art
The challenge for Solinum (who designed the Soliguide, a platform that establishes places and services for people in precarious situations) was to imagine an innovative solution to find funds in France
The winning project? An artistic exhibition made by the beneficiaries of Soliguide, sponsored by companies and individuals
