Onboarding BNP Paribas newcomers through a solidarity format
BNP Paribas was looking for an innovative format to integrate its newcomers. We co-built a major solidarity hackathon format, around the world.
The starting point
They called on us for
Sponsored by the BNP Paribas Foundation, Engagement, Human Resources, and Bivwak! the objective of this event was to:
- bring together new employees from several entities and from different countries across Europe,
- enable these new employees to embody the social mission of BNP Paribas, by working for a total of 10 associations around the world, which are themselves supported by the Foundation
Beneficiary associations
BNP Paribas called on Big Bloom to organize this large-scale event:
- 500 participants from the APAC region, Americas and Europe (43 countries represented!)
- 10 associations all over the world, such as Singa Luxembourg or Cooperativa Quid in Italy for example
- 20 coaches and producers from all over the world (Canada, Portugal, New Zealand, UK)
- More than 50 internal BNP Paribas facilitators trained in the method

Charit'art
The challenge for Solinum (who designed the Soliguide, a platform that establishes places and services for people in precarious situations) was to imagine an innovative solution to find funds in France
The winning project? An artistic exhibition made by the beneficiaries of Soliguide, sponsored by companies and individuals
