- experiment with collective intelligence methodologies and make progress on teamwork
Beneficiary associations
8 talents from BNP Paribas are mobilizing on 6 collective intelligence workshops, accompanied by a Big Bloom certified coach. They help a NGO, Le Choix de l'École, which supports all people, young graduates and working people, who wish to retrain in public education. Le Choix de l'École needed to design a system to promote the association through the network of their ambassadors. Learning sponsorship allows BNP Paribas talents to work in collective intelligence, and to progress on various skills (active listening, creativity, cooperation, the impact of the pitch) while helping a partner association.
