Beneficiary associations
We are co-creating with the CTS a face-to-face collective intelligence day to allow teams to think together about the challenges of their team through:
- 1 World Café workshop to share and cross the vision of the participants
- 1 workshop to build a department coat of arms to promote the mission and values of the team
- 1 workshop to create a commitment charter to facilitate cooperation within the team

Nous voulions trouver un espace d’expression et de réflexion pour nos agents sur certains enjeux clés de nos missions et de notre fonctionnement. L’accompagnement dont nous avons bénéficié dans la préparation de ce projet a permis de définir avec beaucoup de pertinence les activités qui ont été mises en œuvre. Les objectifs ont été atteints : des agents mobilisés et concernés sur les thèmes proposés et des éclairages précis sur nos orientations en organisation.
